RISE Sales Training facilitators employee the Conversational Training technique. As opposed to traditional adult education techniques which rely heavily on lecturing supported by multiple slides, Conversational Training utilizes: participant interaction techniques, multiple knowledge checks and team activities designed to promote individual discovery.

To reinforce knowledge retainment, engaging visuals are utilized. Imagine watching a documentary that consists entirely of bullet-pointed slides along with monotone narration. Probably forgettable.
