Facilitator Led Training

RISE Sales Training facilitators employee the Conversational Training technique. As opposed to traditional adult education techniques which rely heavily on lecturing supported by multiple slides, Conversational Training utilizes: participant interaction techniques, multiple knowledge checks and team activities designed to promote individual discovery.


To reinforce knowledge retainment, engaging visuals are utilized. Imagine watching a documentary that consists entirely of bullet-pointed slides along with monotone narration. Probably forgettable. The visuals used by RISE Sales Training facilitators are designed to stimulate the participant's visual learning capabilities resulting in a dramatic level of material retention...similar to when you watch a really good movie or documentary!
